Does HubSpot connect to Claude?

Setup path Claude connector directory + HubSpot OAuth

1. 1. Open Connectors in Claude settings

   In Claude, open your profile icon, then Settings, then Connectors.

2. 2. Add HubSpot from the directory

   Click Browse connectors, select HubSpot on the Web tab and click Add to your team.

3. 3. Connect and authenticate

   Back on the connectors page, click Connect next to HubSpot and log in to the HubSpot account you want to use.

4. 4. Select allowed permissions

   Select the permissions the connector may use, then click Connect app.

5. 5. Give other users access

   In HubSpot, open Settings, then Integrations, then Connected Apps, open the Claude connector and click Give users access.

6. 6. Turn the connector on in a chat

   In the Claude composer, open Search and tools and toggle HubSpot on.

A HubSpot Super Admin, or a user with App Marketplace permissions, connects the connector first and selects its allowed permissions, then grants access to other users. On the Claude side the connector is added from the connector directory to the team before members connect.

• When creating or updating HubSpot records in bulk, only 10 records can be created or updated at a time.
• Custom validation rules, including pipeline stage validations and association label validations, are not applied when the connector creates or updates records.

  HubSpot documents a paid Anthropic subscription — Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise — as a requirement.

• Partner-seat prompts return the wrong records

  HubSpot recommends referencing the Partner Client Object explicitly in the prompt so the connector queries that object.

• Granted permissions need to be reduced

  Uninstall and reinstall the connector from the HubSpot Connected Apps page; affected users must reinstall it too.
