Build a weekly operations summary from an exported job report
Manual export/import
Weekly numbers live in field-service software that nobody wants to log into, so the review meeting runs on memory.
No native AI-platform connection reads field-service management software, so the guaranteed baseline is a person exporting the report and supplying the file. On platforms that document a Zapier or API path, the same figures can be delivered without the manual export step — see the software section above for what each vendor supports.

Steps
1.Export the same report, with the same columns and date window, every week.

5.The operations lead validates the numbers against the source system before they are shared.

Implementation path
A staged rollout, from a single low-risk workflow to a documented operating routine.
Setup difficulty: lowLow for document and mailbox retrieval, where the main work is tidying folders and writing review rules. Moderate for CRM workflows, which depend on record hygiene your team must maintain. A field-service automation path is usually a short configuration job once your plan includes it; an API path is an engineering project covering authentication, permissions, and monitoring.

Start where the data is least sensitive and the failure mode is visible: your own written procedures.
Consolidate current procedures into one folder and archive superseded versions.
Connect that folder only, and require citations on every answer.
Run the procedure-lookup workflow for two weeks and log wrong or uncited answers.

Limitations and boundaries
What this cannot do
No field-service platform has a native connection to ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini that Connector Scout has verified. Their AI routes are the vendor's own automation or API surface, and an assistant only ever sees the events and fields that surface exposes.
Automation and API access is gated by plan, credentials, and in some cases vendor approval, so a documented path is not automatically available to your account.
Phone systems, SMS, and voicemail are not covered by any verified connection here.

Security and privacy considerations
Scope every connection to the shared operational mailbox, folder, calendar, or channel — never to a personal account or an entire drive.
Customer records held by a home-services business are personal data. Confirm how your AI provider handles the content you send before connecting anything customer-facing.
Keep one named owner for each connection, and review who is connected when staff change roles or leave.
Assume any prompt containing a customer address, access code, or payment detail is a disclosure event. Remove identifiers you do not need.
Documented workflows beat ad-hoc use: write down what may be connected, what may be pasted, and who reviews output before it reaches a customer.
